Bike Theft Report Form
To submit a bike theft report, please make sure you have the following information available:
- The wheel size, frame size, make, and model of your bicycle.
- Your bicycle's TAPS license number and/or its serial number. Please call TAPS if you have registered your bike, but don't have this information.
!If you have any suspect information, please do not use this form and contact the UC Davis Police Department in person.
