Livescan Contact Information: UC Davis Police Department Live Scan/background checks services are provided by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Live Scan service is offered to both internal and external clients of the University of California. Appointments are scheduled every fifteen minutes throughout the day. Clients must arrive early or be on time to avoid rescheduling. Clients must bring valid government/state issued photo identification. Internal clients must complete and provide both of the forms that are required by the University. External clients must provide a completed "Request for Live Scan Service" form which is issued by the requesting agency. The cost for external clients is based on the service level required. The current version of the required University documents/forms can be found on the Human Resources web site, which is linked here (Fingerprint Authorization Form ). Both forms must be completed. The forms may be completed on-line in the Word format with the exception of signatures. All signatures must be hand signed in ink. The PDF forms can only be printed as blank forms. External clients with questions should call 530-752-6859 The UC Davis Police station is located near the intersection of Kleiber Hall Drive and Hutchison Drive on campus (directions). Live Scan clients may park in the fifteen minute parking spaces located in the front of the building, on the right side (east side) of Kleiber Hall Drive. These parking spaces are indicated by a green curb. Clients may use the additional fifteen minute parking space in the police driveway/parking area facing the chain link fence. Clients may not use the spaces marked "RESERVED Police Cars Only." There are additional overflow 20 minute parking spaces available on the first floor of the West Entry Parking Structure (WEPS). |
